Dish Description Sauteed beans with red onions and nduja.
material
- Cannellini beans 600g
- Nduja 200g
- Tropea red onion 300 g
- Extra virgin olive oil 100g
- 2 tomatoes
- salt
- garlic
While the beans are cooking, fry the oil in a frying pan along with the thinly sliced red Tropea onions.
Add the nduja and chopped tomatoes and mix.
After about 5 minutes, pour in the beans and a little boiling water.
Add salt and simmer for 15 minutes.
Bring slices of toasted bread to the table, rub with garlic and serve with the dish.
