Cooking instructions for ricotta cheese meatballs.

- ricotta cheese 600g
- 300g bread crumbs
- 6 eggs
- extra virgin olive oil
- milk
- garlic
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
Moisten the bread crumbs with a little milk.
Stir in the ricotta, then add the chopped garlic and parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Then add the beaten eggs, mix and leave in the container for about 20 minutes.
Saute the garlic in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Once the oil is heated enough, pour the mixture into several bowls and fry evenly.
