Ham roll – Mexican recipe


In addition to being a very easy recipe to prepare, it is also a delicious starter to enjoy at special events.


  • Slice 1/4 kilogram of ham very thinly.
  • 4 large avocados, peeled.
  • 2 medium tomatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
  • 1 tsp chopped onion.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Drizzle with wine vinegar.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.


Chop the peeled avocado and tomatoes and mash them with a fork.

Immediately add parsley and onion.

Stir everything well and season with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

Place a little of the mixture on each slice of ham and roll into small cubes.

Arrange the rolls on a plate and garnish with the parsley sprigs.
