Hot flavored potato chips with sour cream. This is a delicious entry.

material: For 4 people

  • 800g potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mild chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • sour cream serving

Preparation:

Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 8 minutes.

Add garlic and spices.

Then fry for another 2 minutes.

Drain potatoes and add to onion mixture. Increase the heat and stir to coat the potatoes.

Cook for another 10 minutes until tender.

Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with a little cayenne pepper.
