Method
How to make grilled asparagus
First, wash and clean the asparagus, remove the white part of the stem and peel the bottom half with a potato peeler.
Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl and remove the skin.
Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Grilled asparagus is complete. All that’s left to do is serve.
