How to make tomato mushrooms
Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into quarters.
Wipe the mushrooms with a clean cloth and cut them into small pieces.
Heat the garlic and chili oil in a large pot, add the cherry tomatoes, basil and a pinch of salt and simmer over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, remove the lid, add salt and let dry for a few more minutes if necessary.
When the tomatoes and mushrooms are ready, simply add some fresh basil and serve.
