How to make sweet potato soup
First, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Finely chop the green onions.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the green onions and cook for at least 15 minutes, then add the potatoes and the already hot soup.
Cover and cook for at least 20 minutes or until tender, then blend in a blender.
Season with salt, add paprika and fresh cream.
While the potatoes are cooking, brown the bacon in a preheated nonstick skillet over high heat until golden brown on both sides, without adding anything else.
Sweet potato cream soup with lots of paprika and crispy bacon is ready.
