How to make green beans and sausage
First, clean the green beans (just cut off the ends), wash and boil them in boiling water for no more than 4-5 minutes (they will stay crispy).
Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion, break up the sausage and remove the casing.
Fry the onion with the garlic (chopped or whole, if you want to remove it at the end of cooking), add oil to a non-stick frying pan, add the sausage and season to taste (you can also add a little wine if you like). Add the halved cherry tomatoes and thyme.
Stir and let stand for a few minutes, then add the green beans and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Once your green beans and sausage are ready, all you have to do is enjoy!
