How to make celery cream soup
First, wash the celery thoroughly under running water, remove the root and any damaged parts, and then remove the largest rib string and cut it into small pieces, including the leaves.
Cut the potatoes and cut into chunks.
In a frying pan, fry the chopped onions and chili peppers in a little oil, add the potatoes and season lightly.
Add celery, water and salt and start to simmer over medium-low heat.
Cook until the potatoes and celery are very soft (about 20 minutes, but it depends on the size of the pieces) and blend everything in a blender until you get a smooth cream.
Once your celery cream soup is ready, all you have to do is serve it (warm, hot, or cold, depending on the season and personal preference).
