How to make quinoa and lentil soup
Clean the potatoes and onions, cut the former into cubes, and chop the latter.
Fry the onions in a pan with a little oil and add the potatoes.
Season briefly, pour hot soup and start cooking. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the quinoa under running water, add twice its weight in water to a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Also prepare the lentils (if you haven’t cooked them in advance, just boil them for about 40 minutes).
Then add the quinoa and lentils to the pot with the potatoes, mix, add salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
The quinoa and lentil soup is now ready and you can enjoy it right away.
