How to make stir-fried asparagus

Wash and clean the asparagus, remove the last part of the stalk (the whitest part, which is also hard and bitter) and cut it in half. Peel the bottom half with a vegetable peeler and cut the peeled part and half. Remove the intact part (so only the tip remains intact).

Heat a little oil in a non-stick saucepan, add the sliced ‚Äč‚Äčasparagus (keep the tips aside), salt, cover with broth and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes without turning.
Then remove the lid, add the chips, mix and cook again until dry.

The asparagus stir-fry is now complete.
