A refreshing drink blended with orange, pineapple, strawberry, brandy, and white wine.

- 2 oranges (peeled)
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks, or 1 560g can of pineapple (drained)
- 2 cups strawberries cut in half
- 2/5 chilled dry white wine (1.5 liters)
- 3/4 cup (170g) brandy
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups chilled carbonated water (soda)
Preparation:
Split the orange open over the container and collect the juice. I’ll leave it as a spare.
Arrange the orange parts, pineapple parts, and strawberries in a single layer on a shallow baking sheet. Freezing.
In a punch bowl, stir together the reserved orange juice, chilled wine, brandy, sugar, and lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved.
Add frozen fruit and sparkling water before eating.
