Method
How to make lentil and tuna salad
Soak the lentils for an hour, then wash and boil in a pot of plenty of water for 20-30 minutes. Drain and cool.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, drain them, and cut them in half. Clean, rinse and dry the rocket.
Combine all ingredients (arugula, cherry tomatoes, lentils, and tuna) in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
Serve immediately.
