How to make poached broccoli
First, wash the broccoli thoroughly, remove the leaves and stems, and separate it into florets before washing.
Prepare the sauté with the garlic, oil, and chili pepper, then add the broccoli and stir for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
Add the wine, cover and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, adding water only if necessary, making sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Remove the garlic, add the pitted olives and unsalted capers, and cook for another 10-15 minutes, adding water as needed, and season with salt.
Poached broccoli is ready.
