Method
How to make eggplant in a pot
Wash, peel and cut the eggplant into cubes.
Fry the garlic in plenty of oil in a Teflon-coated frying pan, add the eggplant, season to taste, add salt, lower the heat slightly, and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
When the fried eggplant is ready, simply add some fresh basil and serve.
