Orange Polvorone – Mexican Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Using a wooden spoon, mix the butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add egg yolks, orange juice and zest. Add flour and baking soda.

4. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thick. Cut into circles about 4 to 5 cm in diameter.

5. Bake on a greased tray until golden brown.

6. Cool and sprinkle with sugar.
