A delicious Mexican style chocolate cake.
material:
- 113g butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sour milk (buttermilk)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine margarine, oil, cocoa, and water in a saucepan. Heat the cocoa until it melts.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, sugar, milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Then add it to the first mixture and mix everything together.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
5 minutes before the cake is done, prepare the frosting. Let cake cool before covering with glaze.

- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 6 tablespoons milk
- Powdered sugar (trace amount) 480g
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. Heat until bubbles form around the edges. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and walnuts. Add sugar little by little to taste. Pour slowly over the cake.
Garnish with walnut halves.
