Mexican style ice cream.
material: For 4 people
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet cornflakes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 cup honey
Preparation:
Place 4 scoops of ice cream on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
In a deep bowl, combine cornflake flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll ice cream in crumb mixture to coat. Freeze until ready to eat.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey to each serving.
