  • Cream cheese 700g
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Roll 450 g of dough into two parts *
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup sliced ​​almonds

    *Depends on your country and the dough already prepared for making and baking the cake. Whether you use Easter dough or puff pastry, both variations will be different but delicious. You can also make the dough yourself.

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough and place the other half of the dough on top.

Pour melted butter evenly over cheesecake.

Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon to a small bowl and sprinkle over cream cheesecake along with almonds.

Bake in the preheated oven until the dough is puffed up and golden brown, about 45 minutes. Let cool completely in the mold, then cut into 12 equal pieces.
