How to make grilled eggplant and zucchini
First, wash the eggplant and zucchini and cut them into chunks.
Add them to a bowl and mix with the oil, cheese, bread crumbs, a pinch of salt, and if desired, the garlic (whole or crushed if you want to remove it).
Spread in an even layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 200 ° C for about 25-30 minutes. Sometimes you can even turn on the grill at the last few minutes.
Roasted eggplant and zucchini are ready. Remove the garlic, add the basil and serve.
