How to make fried peppers
Cut the peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds, wash them well, dry them on a clean cloth (you can also use kitchen paper), and then cut them into thin strips.
Heat a large amount of oil in a pot, add the garlic, and then add the green pepper, cover, and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the fried peppers are ready, season with salt, garnish with basil and serve warm, hot or cold.
