How to make apple donuts
Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy, add the oil and milk, and finally add the sifted flour, yeast and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Peel the apples, wash them, cut them in half, remove the core and cut them into thin slices.
Pour the mixture into a mold sprinkled with butter (you can also use seed oil) and flour, spread the apple slices and arrange them so as to create a crown.
