How to make pear strudel

First, melt the butter (in the microwave or over a double boiler)

Start by putting the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and salt in a bowl and gradually adding the water.
Mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Wrap in plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the stuffing. Peel the pear and cut it into cubes.

Place in a bowl and season with sugar, lemon and cinnamon.

Coarsely chop the almonds and add to the pears along with the chocolate.

After 30 minutes, remove the dough and roll it out into a thin sheet (about 1-2 mm) on a lightly floured work surface and brush with a little oil.
Sprinkle first with breadcrumbs, then with filling.

Fill the puff pastry with all the filling, roll it up, and seal the edges tightly.

Place the cake, opening side down, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Brush the surface with a small amount of seed oil, make incisions, and bake in a preheated fan oven at 180℃ for about 50 minutes.
When ready, let it cool completely and then decorate with powdered sugar.

Once your pear strudel is done, all you have to do is enjoy it.
