How to make curry potatoes
First, wash the potatoes thoroughly, put them in a pot with plenty of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes until almost completely cooked, then drain.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Prepare sauté with garlic, oil and chili pepper, add potatoes to taste, season with curry, turmeric and salt.
Cook over high heat for a few minutes until slightly crispy, then add the coconut milk at the end and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, to reduce the cooking liquid and create a sauce.
The curry potatoes are complete. Just serve with plenty of fresh cilantro.
