How to make chocolate donuts
Combine the dry ingredients (flour, sifted cocoa, yeast and sugar) in one bowl and the liquid ingredients (yogurt, eggs, vanilla, oil) in another bowl.
Combine the two compounds and mix well.
Distribute the mixture into molds and cook in a preheated static oven at 180 ° C for about 10-12 minutes, remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
Prepare the ganache. Coarsely chop the chocolate, add the hot cream and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Once cool, decorate the donuts (using a teaspoon, spatula, or piping bag) with sprinkles.
