How to make dog-shaped biscuits

Place the powdered sugar, flour, and yeast in a bowl or work surface, add the soft butter, egg yolks, and vanilla to the center, and work quickly until you get a smooth dough.
Cut in half, wrap one half in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

Add half of the cocoa and half of the egg whites to the remaining half, mix briefly until evenly colored, wrap again in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Take the light pastry, roll it out into a sheet with a rolling pin, and use a cookie cutter to make lots of hearts. Place them, tips facing up, well apart from each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. It will be your dog’s face.

Also, roll out the dark pastry, make some hearts here too (you need the same number) and divide it in half.

Brush a little egg white along the diagonal sides of the light heart to attach the dark areas that will become the dog’s ears.
Add two pieces of chocolate chips to make the eyes, and use the remaining dark colored fabric to make the nose.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for about 15 minutes.

The dog-shaped biscuit is now complete. Let it cool at least before serving.
