A basic Mexican sauce that can be used in many recipes.
material: for 4 people
- 1 kg of tomatoes or ripe tomatoes
1 onion
1 garlic clove - 1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt - Appropriate amount of pepper
preparation:
Both onions and tomatoes must be roasted in the oven. Peel and deseed the tomatoes until the onions are soft.
In a food processor, chop the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and peppers. Add oil to a frying pan, stir-fry, add sugar and salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
The slower it cooks, the more intense its flavor will be.… enjoy!
