Yomaterial:
- 6 poblano chiles (clean, unopened, with seeds)
- Panela cheese 250g, 6 slices
- 6 onions, sliced into feathers
- 6 tablespoons chicken soup
- 6 sheets of aluminum foil
Preparation:
Stuff the chili with cheese.
Place a layer of sliced onion, chili pepper and soup inside the aluminum foil and cover tightly.
Let stand over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, and serve immediately.
