  • 24 fresh jalapenos
  • 350g sausage or pork chorizo
  • 12 pieces bacon (cut in half)


Wash the peppers and remove the stems. Make a cut along each pepper.

Remove the seeds from the peppers, wash and dry.

Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. drain.

Stuff the peppers with chorizo ​​and wrap them in bacon. Secure with toothpicks.

Roast the peppers, uncovered, over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until tender and the bacon is crispy, turning frequently.
