Preparation:

Bring the water with the garlic and onion to a boil… Once it boils, add the washed beans and cover. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Once cooked, add salt to taste, then simmer further and turn off the heat.

Leave it for a while to cool. Once it cools down a little, grind it with a mixer. They must be well ground. When you’re done, you can place a large pot that will probably fit just about everything and shake it up.
