How to make pineapple carpaccio
Clean the pineapple, remove the leaves, root and skin.
Cut in half and then into very thin slices and place on a plate.
Wash, rinse and cut the strawberries into wedges or small pieces, put 3/4 pieces (leave the rest whole) in a container with sugar and mix until a smooth sauce is obtained. Then strain if necessary. To make it even smoother.
Arrange the strawberries and strawberry sauce on a plate with the pineapple.
When the pineapple carpaccio is finished, garnish with ice cream and a little mint and serve immediately.
