Jalapeno Dip with Queso Fresco – Mexican Recipe

A creamy cheese sauce with a spicy taste. Green salsa with tomatillos is great in the summer, but good quality tomatillos are hard to come by in the winter, so this recipe uses the same creamy cheese-based ingredient instead, and I’ve had success.

  • 225 g fresh cheese or low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, or to taste
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
