How to make hazelnut cream
First, peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into chunks.
Next, prepare the hazelnuts by coarsely chopping them.
Peel and chop the herbs and fry in a little oil.
Add the potatoes to taste, then add the hazelnuts at the end.
Add salt and stir-fry lightly, then cover with the broth and start cooking.
When the potatoes are soft, add water if necessary and mix in a blender to make the cream more liquid.
