How to make greek rice salad
Boil the rice in plenty of salted water, cut it to al dente, season with a little oil and let it cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, and cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes.
Next, add the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives to the bowl with the rice.
Then add cucumbers, sliced red onions, chopped mint, season with salt, add oregano and a little extra virgin olive oil.
Mix everything well and put in the refrigerator for an hour.
Serve with Greek rice salad.
