Method
How to make onion gratin
First, peel the onion, wash it well and cut it into pieces about 1 cm thick, without separating them into concentric rings.
Drain the salt from the capers, pit the olives, and cut them into rounds (or break them into small pieces).
Arrange the onion slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and season with the breadcrumbs, olives, capers, a little salt, pepper, and a little oil.
Cook in a preheated ventilated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown at 200°C, turning on the grill in the last few minutes.
Gratin onions are ready. Serve hot or warm.
