How to make fried cauliflower
First, wash and clean the cauliflower, divide it into florets and boil in lightly salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes, then drain.
Prepare sauté by adding garlic, oil, chili pepper and chopped anchovies.
Once the anchovies have melted, add the cauliflower and season to taste.
Meanwhile, in another frying pan, add a little oil and toast the breadcrumbs.
Finally, add the cauliflower crumbs and garnish with parsley.
