How to make aniseed biscuits

Lightly mix eggs and sugar, add oil first, then anise and lemon, and finally flour and ammonia, knead quickly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Take the dough out again and divide it into 4 equal parts to make flat breads (kind of like ciabatta bread).

Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a static oven preheated to 180°C for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 30 minutes, then cut into 1-2cm thick pieces, return to the baking sheet, and bake again for about 5 minutes on each side.

The aniseed biscuits are complete. Allow to cool completely before eating.
