  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon carbonated
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 3 cups grated carrots
    1/2 cup with walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

Pour the sugar into the mold along with the oil. Add the soda, cinnamon, salt, and a little vanilla.

Mix the mixture until everything is combined, then add the whole egg and continue mixing.

Add flour, raisins and walnuts, add grated carrots. Mix with a wooden paddle.

Pour into molds to form individual flakes. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
