How to make Sacher muffins

Prepare two different bowls. Place all the liquid ingredients (milk, oil, eggs) in one bowl and the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, yeast) in the other bowl.
Mix ingredients separately in two bowls, then briefly combine liquid and dry ingredients.

Divide the mixture into molds lined with baking cups (or sprinkled with butter and flour), filling to within 1-2 cm of the edges.
Bake in a fan oven preheated to 180℃ for about 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

Once cooled, remove from the mold. Next, use a knife and, being very careful, cut the center of the muffin so that 1 teaspoon of the jam goes inside.
Place the jam on top and close the muffin.

Then melt the chopped chocolate (in the microwave or over a double boiler) and use it to cover the tops of the muffins and let them dry.

Now, the Sacher muffins are ready. All that’s left to do is enjoy.
