Rice and black bean salad – Mexican food recipe

  • A bowl of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped red and green bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 225 g fresh corn kernels
  • 4 green stems of white onions
  • 4 stalks of chopped coriander
  • half avocado
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 8 black olives
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil and modena vinegar

Preparation:
