- A bowl of cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped red and green bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 225 g fresh corn kernels
- 4 green stems of white onions
- 4 stalks of chopped coriander
- half avocado
- 1 lemon juice
- 8 black olives
- salt and pepper
- olive oil and modena vinegar
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients well.
Refrigerate before serving.
