how to make potato soup
Clean the potatoes, carrots and onions, cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, chop the onion and cut the bacon into strips.
Fry onions and bacon in a frying pan with butter.
Add the carrots, season briefly, then add the potatoes.
Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
Once the potatoes are cooked, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and blend some of the mixture to make a creamy rather than velvety soup.
Potato soup is completed. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy.
