material: yield drink 300g
- 1 lemon slice for garnish
- Coarse salt (for the rim of the glass)
- ice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 30 g Platinum Tequila (reposado if you prefer more flavor)
- 1 bottle of Mexican grapefruit soda
Preparation:
Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge. Turn the glass upside down and place it on a small plate of coarse salt, turning the rim so that the salt is on top of it.
Fill a glass halfway with ice, lime juice, and tequila, then top with grapefruit soda.
mix. Scoop out the insides of the lime, add half of it to the drink, and top with the tequila.
