- 8 lemon slices
- coarse salt
- 8 bottles of cold Mexican beer (340 g each)
- 8 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- hot pepper sauce
Preparation:
Rub the rims of 8 glasses with a lemon wedge and dip the rims in the salt. Add 1 beer, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, and a few drops of hot pepper sauce to each glass. Stir each and squeeze the lemon. Serve immediately.
