This is a super easy dessert to make after enjoying fajitas, tacos, and enchiladas. They are always attractive.
It turns out that this is not a typical Mexican recipe and someone has come up with a different way to eat delicious tortillas.
I
material: Makes 32 cookies
- 4 flower tortillas
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and butter in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Please stay warm.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a large sealable plastic bag. Add tortilla wedges, a few at a time. Shake to coat all tortillas.
Place on a tray lined with wax paper. Pour in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
