How to make marble pumpkin donuts
First, clean the pumpkin, cut it into cubes and mix it finely with a blender.
Melt the butter in the microwave (or over a double boiler if you prefer) and let it cool slightly.
Meanwhile, mix the eggs and sugar, then add the butter, cinnamon, and pumpkin to the eggs.
Sift the flour with the yeast. First add half of the flour to the egg mixture, then the milk and finally the remaining flour.
Transfer half of the mixture to a buttered and floured mold, add the sifted cocoa to the remaining mixture and add to the mold.
Mix with a spoon to form a marble and bake in a static oven preheated to 170°C for about 40 minutes (make sure to do a toothpick test before removing from the oven).
Once the cake is out of the oven, let it cool before preparing the icing. Place the chocolate pieces in a saucepan with the milk and cook over a double boiler until completely melted.
Finally, remove the cake from the mold, place it on a plate, decorate the surface with ganache and coarsely chopped hazelnuts and leave to dry for a while.
The marble pumpkin donut is completed. Just slice and eat.
