Method
How to make green salad
Wash and clean the vegetables, cut everything into cubes or fairly small pieces.
Peel and wash the spinach, drain and prepare all dressing ingredients.
Add the spinach to a blender with the cashews, Parmesan, garlic, vinegar, lemon, basil, and salt.
Start blending and gradually add a little oil (enough to get a sauce that is not too thick).
Finally, add the dressing to the salad and mix.
The green salad is complete. All that’s left to do is arrange and serve.
