How to make feta and avocado salad
Peel and slice the red onion, place in a bowl, and add vinegar to cover. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.
Pat the feta dry, then cut into cubes
Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut the pulp into long, thin slices.
Arrange the salad on two separate plates. Put the first layer of avocado and cover with the onions removed from the vinegar.
Add the crumbled feta cheese to the center, add the seed mixture and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
