This cream is rich in nutrients and has a refreshing taste.

material: for 2 people

  • Avocado pulp 300g
  • 2 cups nonfat chicken soup (if you want to make a strictly vegetarian dish, you can add small pieces of apple and celery juice)
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 Seeded and finely chopped serrano chiles (You can also use Tabasco sauce instead)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 200g.natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh grated or shredded coconut

Preparation:

Blend the avocado pulp with the help of broth and coconut water.

Add chilli, coriander seeds and yogurt.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve this cream chilled and sprinkled with grated or shredded coconut.
