  • 1 medium ripe avocado, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons whipped low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh vegetables perfect for dipping into sauces, such as shredded sweet chili peppers, cucumber slices, celery, escarole, Belgian endive leaves, and fresh cauliflower florets.

Preparation:

Set aside a quarter of an avocado or avocado.

In a blender or food processor, combine remaining avocado with sour cream, cream cheese, lime juice, garlic, pepper, and salt. Cover and mix or mix until smooth.
