material: For 8-10 people:

  • Separate 7 eggs into yolks and whites
  • 1/2 cup pulque
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 1/2kg.Sift the flour three times
  • 325 grams chilled, melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation:

Beat egg whites with pulque for 5-8 minutes.

Gradually add the egg yolks, sugar, flour, butter, and yeast, continuing to mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a pre-greased and floured mold.

Place in the oven at 220°C for 25-30 minutes.

Serve when cool.
